We are pleased to introduce ourselves as a growing company specialized to undertake all kinds of Waterproofing works including waterproofing of roofs, terrace gardens, toilets sunken, kitchen, overhead water tanks, and basements, Thermal Thermal Insulation of buildings, Expansion joint treatment and treatment of concrete road joints.
Mahavani Enterprises had been formed in the year 2006 with the aim to provide complete solutions to waterproofing and thermal Thermal Insulation requirements and provide quality service to our clients. The Company is growing under the guidance of The Proprietor Mr. P. C. Mathur has about 20 years of experience in this field while working with well known and reputed organizations like Lloyd Thermal Insulations (I) Ltd; Lapinus Rockwool Pvt. Ltd & Lloyd Projects Pvt. Ltd.; and M. K. Petro Products Pvt. Ltd. at Senior Management positions in the Technical Marketing as well as Execution departments at Corporate level.
During the tenure with these companies Mr. P. C. Mathur had the opportunity to interact with PSU like NTPC, IOCL, GAIL, BHEL and most of the leading Industrial Consultants and major Architects. He had the opportunity to supervise as Project Manager and get various jobs executed, such as waterproofing work at Engineers India Bhawan, Bhikaji Cama Place, Indian Oil Corporation’s Town ship buildings at Mathura Refinery, FCI godowns at New Delhi, VIP bungalows (for CPWD) etc. These high value jobs were executed using Polyurethane based coating and imported polymer modified bituminous membranes applied by torch welding method.

Ltd”, a very well known Organisation in the field of research based, environment friendly, quality chemicals used for protection of any concrete structure, and “M/s Star Coatings and Membranes” a UAE based company and one of the leading manufacturers of a wide range of waterproofing products in UAE and now also in India. Both These companies are ISO Certified and manufacture high quality waterproofing chemicals.
